The Town of Osoyoos brings you the convenience of managing your accounts online at any time. 

• To use the Online Services you will need your Access Code which is printed on the top right area of your Property Tax Notice. 
• You can also obtain your Access code by calling the Town of Osoyoos at 250.495.6515.
• This a secure site as we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal financial information.
• Upon successful login, you will be given access to the Online Services applicable to your account.

You must register online in order to view your Property Tax Account.

1. Click on Register on the upper right of your screen.
2. Enter a password.
3. Confirm password.
4. Next, add a name that you would like displayed on your virtual account.
5. Enter email address.  enter security code as shown.
6. Click Register - Once registration is complete a new screen will appear.
7. Click 'your name' in the upper right hand corner.
8. Select account type PT-Property Tax then click Add New Account.
9. Enter the 8 digit Roll number after the 556 (include the decimal), i.e. 00111.000.
10. Enter the 5 digit Access Code/Pin from your property tax notice.
11. Click Save. (To add another property tax account by choosing save and add another account).
12. When you log in, view your property tax account by placing your cursor over the Online Services button above the Town logo and click on Property Tax.
